who we are
OffScript is an India-based apparel label. We sell made-to-order tees and hoodies at theoffscript.in. For anything privacy-related, write to admin@theoffscript.in.
what we collect
- Account info: name, email, phone number — collected at signup or first order.
- Shipping info: full address + pincode — collected at checkout, passed to the courier.
- Payment info: handled entirely by Razorpay; we never see your card / UPI / bank details. We only store the Razorpay transaction reference.
- Order history: what you bought + status, so we can show it back to you and run our books.
- Analytics: anonymous page views via Meta Pixel — used to measure ad spend, not to identify you.
who we share with
Only the partners we need to deliver your order — printer, courier, and payment processor. We don't sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone.
cookies
We use first-party cookies for cart state and your sign-in session. We use the Meta Pixel cookie for ad measurement. You can clear these from your browser at any time — clearing them will sign you out and empty your cart but won't affect existing orders.
your rights
- Access — get a copy of everything we store about you.
- Correction — fix anything that's wrong.
- Deletion — remove your account. We have to keep some order records for 7 years for India tax compliance (GST & income tax rules) even if you ask for deletion.
- Marketing opt-out — every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payments never touch our servers. Admin access is gated behind authentication + role checks. We host on Supabase (Postgres) + Render (compute) — both SOC 2 audited.
jurisdiction
OffScript is operated from India. Use of the site is governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu courts.
changes
We'll update this page when our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. For material changes we'll also notify registered customers by email.
